Meh, would probably just buy local next time

I'll add a vote for poor packaging and loose parts in original bike packaging with several large holes. Was missing two small nuts from the front break calipers. Front wheel spokes weren't trued and the rim is bent. This was a b-day gift for my son and he loves the bike, so I will deal with the deficiencies. Assembly was fairly easy but would require someone to have basic mechanical knowledge and a few hand tools. The $30 I saved instead of buying local wasn't worth the hassle, I'll just buy local next time for any large items requiring assembly.

Mostly good

I received quickly, however the shipping box was damaged and the bolts and small pieces were not properly packaged but were loose inside the box. We were actually missing a couple. My hubby is awesome so ran and grabbed some from the hardware store with the same thread so we were able to gift my son with this anyhow - which he LOVED! Mostly good but room for improvement with packaging and care
