OK but over priced

Bought this for our 2 yr. old grandson for Christmas. Cute little bike and understand the concept of teaching balance.... BUT the price is way out of line for the size and quality of the product. My husband put it together and the wheels are a plastic? The frame is light (good because of toddlers using it), but seems it will get bent easily. It remains to be seen if it will last with our rough and tumble grandson. They priced this product at the price of an adult bike.
