Has Skeletons on it

My fault for not looking at this bike a little close but I didn't zoom in on it enough to notice that it has skeletons on it and I purchased this for my 3 year old grandson and needless to say that his mother is some mad that it has that on it.

Bike looks good but it sounds like garbage. when you pedal loud clicking noise coming from sprocket and or hubs.tires wont hold air, want a refund
