Bad Experience

I purchased this bike 1 year ago, and it has been a bad experience all around. First of all, the bike came without training wheels. The description says they are included, and the box says they are included, but we did not get any. I'm guessing the seller would have been willing to send us the training wheels or do an exchange for the whole bike, but I decided not to bother with it because it was the day before my son's birthday and I was in a hurry. So I just went to the local sporting goods store and got some generic training wheels. Annoying, but not a big deal.What bothered me the most about this bike is the chain. I lost count of how may times the chain fell off, and it is NOT easy to put back on. We took it to a local bike repair shop twice to get the chain fixed, but the repairs were short-lived. Last week the chain fell off while my son was learning to ride without training wheels, and that was the last straw. It's now in the trash.

seat an issue

Really cute bike great size for 4 yr old. I would think if you knew seat was anissue you would try to correct. Seat is a issue, is loose all the time.Bette Ann, Pa
